That’s why we’ve developed our Pre-Construction Concierge Program (PCCP). This initiative has proven successful, delivering a 100% success rate in guiding clients from inspiring designs to completed projects. Many clients come to us with plans from years ago that didn’t come to fruition due to misalignments in design and budget. These recurring issues and inquiries motivated us to create the PCCP, ensuring that our Clients time is not wasted and their project is a success from the start. Who has time to waste ? We don't, and neither do you.
