Jim’s approach is unlike any other contractor that we have worked with in prior remodels and builds. He calls the night before the work is to commenced of reconfirm the start time and the plan of action, then he meets his craftsmen at our home and briefs them before they commence work, Jim then introduces them to the home owner and the work begins. He does this each and everyday throughout the project.
Jim’s approach is exacting and the results reflect that commitment to the process.

I’ve participated in new construction 4 times and remodels 4 times prior to this and never… NEVER! have I had a contractor provide me with a printed, start-to-finish schedule before work commenced. I’m truly enjoying my working relationship and I can’t imagine anything spoiling that. He was a real find!
