 It’s a simple Theory though!!!!
 
 Get BUSY and DO THE WORK!

 3:45am wake up call
 
 4:15 out the door….
 
 Ruck sack ….. check
 Head lamp…. check
 3 bottles of water …. check
 Emma Lou…… check
 
 4:30 start at the mountain
 
 4.75 mile run through the white tank mountains….
 
 Done 5:30am
 
 Cold shower…. coffee ……. then on the road to Better myself and those I associate with…..
 
 It must be a ROUTINE…… DAILY!
 
 Everything else will fall into place…..
