It has been two months since I SECURED KOKORO 44. That three-day 53 hour crucible …………….PUT IT ON ME!!!!

It was the MOST PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL, and EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE that I have ever been a part of!!!!

It has played havoc on my adrenal glands.

Just trying to get back to my FITNESS CAPACITY has been a work in progress….

It has been two months since I have had a great workout where I challenge my body and mind…like I used to.

This morning I had a great morning date HIKE with MY QUEEN.

I kept looking for the top ……..trying to find out how much Farther TO THE TOP!!

I kept on telling myself…………. STOP LOOKING FOR THE TOP ……………just keep chopping wood!!!!!!!!

Lungs were on fire…….

Legs felt like 200lbs a piece……

I felt exhausted…….

I kept looking for the next LITTLE MARKERS I could make it to!!!

“Just make it there.” Then the next one!!!

And the next…… and the next…..

Just like in Life…….

Stop LOOKING FOR THE TOTAL GOAL….. or THE TOP…….

Set your goals……

Then ……..SET MICRO GOALS …… so you won’t get overwhelmed and quit short…..

AND

CHOP WOOD EVERY DAY……….!!!!!!

Never Stop UNTIL you reach The TOP OF THAT MOUNTAIN!!!!!

Every Day …… CHOP WOOD………and
“Do The Work!”
