Gut INSTICT

For years and years I always ignored my Gut INSTINCT….

I always thought “oh it will be alright …. It will work itself out”

Being DELIBERATE IN MY ACTIONS, GUT INSTINCT….. AND COMMUNICATION….
Took the backseat….

Because I always wanted to be the NICE guy…. Give back…. And make it work…..

This RELIGIOUSLY BACKFIRED….

I would never Learn…..

Learning to say NO…. And being DELIBERATE in what I say, how I make decisions, and how I am as a businessman, father, husband, lover, and Athlete has CHANGED my LIFE forever….

I MADE A GUT DECISION on my INSTINCTS recently……on an INDIVIDUAL….

Made our OBJECTIVE clear…..

Specified what was REQUIRED…

Communicated what I expect …..

Demonstrated How we need to communicate and lead clients……..

Spoke about who WE ARE is NON-NEGOTIABLE……

My GUT instincts were perfect…..

Just Brought on a Project Manager that has the potential to be absolutely incredible….

Just keep chopping wood kid!
