 This was the most Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and Emotional Challenge …… EVER!
 
 3 sunrises, 3 sunsets….. No sleep…..
 Pain…..
 Power….
 Fear…..
 Hallucinations…..
 Exhaustion…..
 Puke…..
 Dehydration…
 
 Achieving a high level of success is NOT EASY…… But it is very SIMPLE……
 
 Age is just an EXCUSE for some to stop LIVING……
 
 1. Think of goals in terms of short distances…. Micro goals to the big goal!
  It’s too overwhelming to look at the total end goal. One step at a time!
 2. When you think you are at the end or at 100% ….. You are really only tapping about 40% of your potential… Keep chopping wood!
 3. You cannot achieve extraordinary greatness ALONE! You must have a team!
 4. The reasons why most people never achieve their goals are:
 
  They don’t BELIEVE THEY CAN……
  THEY ARE AFRAID TO FAIL…..
  They don’t TAKE CHANCES…….
  They look for EXCUSES WHY THEY CANT…… Instead of WHY They CAN!
 
 We have full control over the one thing that will make or break us!!!!!
 
 OUR ATTITUDE…..
 
 You can do anything you set your mind to!!!!!
 
 Wow, what an EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
 
 KOKORO 44 ……… You are NOW……….. SECURED!!!!!!!
