Celebrate Successes

CELEBRATE SUCCESSES!!!!!!!
 
 
 It all started about 4 years ago in our garage Gym.
 We had some young high school kids hear that we like to workout in out garage……
 
 They came to join us one day…..
 
 Fast forward 5 years…..
 
 One was left in our garage….. We saw immediate talent……
 
 Sent him away because we knew he would go any farther with us in the garage…..
 
 That kid never missed a workout….. Never complained…. He just dug in and was always striving to be better…..
 
 He worked so hard he made it to regionals and finished 15th out of 100 at the age of 18…..
 
 This year he finished 9th out of 100….
 
 Spoke to him yesterday….. He was painfully upset…..
 
 I can’t believe I didn’t make the top 5…..
 
 I can’t believe I didn’t make the CrossFit games…….
 
 I am a failure…….
 
 I said…… Hold on…..
 
 Look at where you are:
 
 physically……
 Mentally…..
 Socially…..
 
 Look how much you have grown….
 
 Look how far you have come!!!!!
 
 This is a process…….. NOT an event!!!!!
 
 This is a way of life and you are a leader to say the least!!!!!
